Decision Makers are members of an organization including, but are not limited to CTO, Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists/Engineers who ascertain whether the events registered within Event Portal can be used to solve that problem or not and decide to let the development further explore the service.
