Neighbor Queues
Content Shortest Path First (CSPF) neighbor queues are used to enqueue messages before they are sent over the data connection to neighbor event brokers. These TCP transmit queues are used to manage the flow of data that is transmitted from the event broker over the routing links to its neighbors.
